Amazing!!! It was clean and quiet. The garden is so beautiful. Food was so yummy too. The hosts are a really kind family. Highly recommend!!
The hosts were lovely and extremely welcoming and helpful. We had a wonderful time, it could not have been better! The garden is beautiful and the perfect place to relax. Additionally, the food in the restaurant was very good and clearly prepared with love and care.
For people exploring the south of Tunisia (and birds or other wildlife), the location is great - supermarkets and tank stations nearby in Kebili - while the Sahara, mountains and salt lake are all within an hour drive. I cannot recommend this place enough, and when we return to Tunisia we will for sure visit Dar Barka again!
A great place to stay, with a fantastic host, very well maintained detachaed little houses, all.located in the middle of an oasis garden.
Very nice and kind hosts. The hotel is very new, it opened last year. Everything is very clean, rooms have AC.
The place consists of a big garden full of nice plants and fruits with little guest houses.
The best part was that they accommodated to our vegan diet, the food was so good. In Tunisia, finding vegetarian/vegan food is an almost impossible task. At this place, they understood what vegan means and cooked us some great food.
Lovely couple running this excellent accomodation option in a peaceful location.
