Staying at Dar Hkaiem is an experience, the property is the house of Majdi’s grandparents, it got renovated, the property is so clean and authentic and feels like the old good Arabian homes, Majdi has a great positive energy and he’s very kind and inclusive, he deals with his guests as friends, he goes out with them, cook for them, tell them where to eat, which places are the best and even goes with them Hammam (Spa) with them. I indeed recommend Dar Hkaiem and I will definitely come back if I am at Sousse.

This is the best guesthouse I've ever stayed in. Toutou is a fantastic, thoughtful host. He made me feel very welcome in the lovely local neighborhood of Hammam Sousse, and gave me tons of info on how to enjoy Tunisia. He also makes a spectacular omelette! The rooms are great, the breakfast was fantastic, the neighborhood is lively and quaint. A short taxi to the medina, louage station, and the beach. All around great value. Thanks for everything!

This Bed and Breakfast is a great choice to stay when in the beautiful city of Sousse. Majdi is a great host and new friend and makes sure that all is taken care of and his guests feel welcome. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a personalized and authentic experience.
