Nice little hotel in a quiet side street. The room was big, had a balcony and was clean. Very reasonable price. The location is about half way between the medina and the beach and easily walkable.

Very central between Medina and beach in a quiet(ish) side road. Handy to use the Sousse Palace Hotel as a pickup for excursions.
The room was a good size, had a little balcony overlooking the street and the shower was nice and hot.

The residence is in the heart of the city of Sousse, just walking distance from the beach, the theater, the main public transport hub of the city, restaurants, bars, nightclubs...etc
It's in a secure location, have a 24/7 security and housekeeping... the room was clean, with a heater and an air conditioner, a balcony and a satellite TV.
Staff were helpful and professional offering a great service. Recommended for a budget travelers.
