The hotel is in a nice location with a water park and eateries adjacent to the beach, some 450m away. Food to suit everyone's needs and plenty of it. Main hotel, water park the choice is yours. We were in the annexe which was nice and quiet. Nice lounge area, bedroom and bathroom. Home from home comforts Both the annexe and the main hotel were always kept clean tidy and well presented Nice welcome on arrival and all the staff were interested in a genuine way Nothing was too much trouble Nothing Would definitely return

The food was excellent with plenty of choice and availability. Food was available 24 hours a day. The choice was amazing. The bed was comfortable the room had everything I could possibly need, toiletries daily if needed, towels daily, sheets changed every other day. Loads of space for clothes etc. A really good size, good shower that was instantly hot. The hotel was clean, cleaners could be seen constantly ensuring cleanliness. The room was cleaned to a high standard daily. The staff were polite and helpful. Only downside was £10 per hour to keep the room after midday checkout. Service a bit slow in the lobby bar The distance to the beach is a trek, as the shuttle bus doesn't run in winter. The people selling perfume on the beach were a nightmare and the security on the beach just let them. One day there were 4 different people pestering, one was abusive. I informed hotel that I was uncomfortable with this but they were still there everyday.
