I recommend this hotel
I stayed at Urban Taksim hotel for two weeks and was blown away by the welcoming and helpful staff. The receptionists, in particular Oguzhan and Duray were so helpful and always with a smile. They assisted me during a challenging situation offering support and guidance when I needed it most. Highly recommend this place for its excellent service and warm atmosphere!
First off all, they gave me the room before my check in time at 4:00 AM knowing that my check in starts at 12:00 o’clock
The staff is very friendly and helpful

The towels odor is very sweet and they are clean
Every day they do the cleaning and change the bed
