All about this hotel, the most part I think I love is the staff is very helpful and kind. They are all willing to help. I really enjoy my trip in this hotel.and will come back to stay at here if i in Istanbul. +Nearby at station metro & marmaray.
Great location within walking distance of main tourist sites and tons of bars and restaurants. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Daily room service and fresh water was a nice touch.
The staff was fantastic. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. Arslan is the stand out and the star, and he will help you to navigate through the busy Istanbul. The location is very convenient too. T1 tram line goes in front of the hotel. Tram stop or Marmaray station are 25M away. Walking distance to all major attractions in Istanbul.
All of the following were perfect :
1- neighborhood
2- location is 1 m from Sirkici Metro station
3- very clean and modren
4- staff were helpful and friendly
Will be back with my husband to this hotel next time.
Recommend it for price/location value but mostly because of extremely friendly staff. They speak few languages and were VERY helpful. Even though we were unlucky to be there at the only night when the outside historical facade was mended, Aslan - manager - apologized and offered us the compensation. The next night was quiet and nice.
Rooms are clean. Sleepers, every day cleaning, drinking water, good smelling shampoo. No toothbrush.
