Ended up getting an upgrade and stayed at Dionysos Cave Cappadocia Hotel instead. Don’t have a ton of experience at hotels, but hard to imagine finding a nicer one. The room was 10/10 (huge bathroom, jacuzzi, comfortable bed and balcony with a fantastic view), the staff was 10/10 (friendly, helpful and very welcoming and generous) and the breakfast was 10/10. If I ever find my way back in Cappadocia, this is 1000% where I’ll stay again.

We liked absolutely everything! Room was comfortable and clean, super comfortable bed and great shower. Breakfast was superb, delicious food everyday. The location is also good, there is a good public area to park and it is walking distance to Urgup centre. Last, staff was very friendly and helpful - they arrenged our balloon flight and were always giving us very good suggestions to do. We recommend it a lot!
The owners, Mustafa and Ethem were fantastic hosts e.g sharing a map with us and helping us plan our day. The breakfast was amazing - freshly made and tasty. With some of it from their family farm.
The rooms were cosy and clean.
The overall space was welcoming, beautiful views from terrace.
