- No proper air conditioning in Room

The food was awfull,they use the the cheapest product.and even the tea waa available by money and i think it is redicilious.The hotel was not cleaned for a long time that is why was a specific dirty smell which is soaked into our clothes.Every where was dirty. The reception was also unpolite.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights , just for the name sake its a 4 star hotel , any traveller who has seen or stayed in 4 star and above can consider this hotel as 3 star or less .considering these points i am writing this review - hotel staff doesn’t understand or speak english - staff in the spa area they dont consider your requests unless you pay for some service - unless you pay for any service in spa they wont even turn on the steam if you want to use , if you ask for it they will just say techician will come and check but god only know when will that technician come. - Breakfast menu is same every day. only thing good about this hotel is its close to marina.
