It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff was nice and took time to explain things. The AC in the room was very good so the heat in July was not a problem. There are 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one without) for 6 people which was quite enough. The beach is only 10-15 minutes away. Overall I had a good experience and felt safe there during my stay.

It's clean, conveniently located(in front of the bus stop/walking distance to the beach) and has a kitchen/a washing machine! The building is cute and quite new too.
The owner is super friendly and hospitable🙌🏻🙌🏻 He showed me around and gave me a lot of useful information. I had a great time spending 3 nights here and will definitely come back.
Great location to visit Galata tower by foot. The staff helped a lot with trip planning. It’s near supermarket and local restaurants. We can use kitchen for cooking.
Place was very nice including beds, kitchen and bathroom.
Price was good and checkin went well.
