Location was awesome. Close to lots of markets and not so busy street yet very convenient.
The staff were amazing. Aziz and the team were very accommodating.
The pool was very cool with great attendants who were very nice and explained the rules gently.
The breakfast was truly fabulous! Wide selection of items and various options.
One point stood out, the hotel has absolutely great security team. Very vigilant and yet extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel was clean, nice & spacious rooms with all what we needed for a comfortable stay, room cleaning service are very nice, and they do their job fast, we always found our room tidy after breakfast, the breakfast was rich and diverse and everything was delicious, the concierge was very nice and always asked us if we needed anything.
We even received calls from the hotel asking if we needed anything and if everything was okey which never happened in other hotels I've been in. All in all we had a nice week in the hotel since the location was good and even though the hotel is located in taksim it was quite and we slept peacefully.
