Hotel team are very friendly and peaceful. English, Russian - no problem. The hotel was a normal, room is clean, high level cleaning service. Hotel restaurant is just wonderful, delicious food, awesome team and pleasure view to Istanbul.
Location is nice even if it’s surrounded by drug stores... the rooftop is superb
Some staff is not professional like the manager who woke me up a morning to ask me to change the room because he needed mine for a family...
But others are very nice and helpful
Хорошее месторасположение.Мы ходили пешком.Так-же рядом станция метро Халич,можно купить истанбулкарт и ездить по ней)карта стоит 165 лир,пополнить можно на каждой станции метро.Отель конечно не тянет на 4 ⭐️,но вид из окна на бухту Золого рога,это что-то нереальное и перекрывает все минусы.Завтрак нормальный,хватает всего,и можно найти еды на любой вкус.Уборка хорошая,каждый день.Единственное,и странное,это то,что нет шампуня,пришлось покупать в соседнем магазине,который кстати рядом ,по стороне отеля .Персонал дружелюбный и охотно отвечает на все вопросы.Нам проживание понравилось.
С центрального входа в отель ужасная грязная улица.,но это вопрос не к отелю,а к руководству города.
Отличное расположение. Прекрасный вид из окна.
В целом неплохое расположение. Практически на набережной, по которой можно дойти до обоих мостов и дальше. Так же пешком можно подняться на более туристические и красивые улицы.
Хорошо относятся к кошкам уличным.

Доброжелательный персонал. Есть кто даже немного говорит на русском языке )
Отель находится в окружении полуразрушенных зданий и кругом магазины сантехники.. ))
Вид из номера на крышу соседнего здания либо в его стены если номер будет ниже 6го этажа.
Номер маленький, окна грязные и соответственно красивый вид смотрится замызганным.. Окно не распахивается, только открывается немного снизу.
