The hotel has very friendly staff. Especially at the reception.
Breakfasts are excellent, a lot of options, full buffet, very tasty.
Stayed for 1 night in early April, so I can't evaluate any summer options. But the beach is close.
What you need to know - the hotel is not new, the equipment are quite old. The bathrooms are very small.
And the main minus - during the night that we spent there, we met two huge cockroaches! It was terrible! Right in the room.
At the reception they told us that this sometimes happens. However, I didn't find this in any review, so I think it is necessary to write about this for those who are squeamish and afraid of insects like me.

The sea is 2 minutes walk. Lots of restaurants, bars and cafes nearby.
Excellent breakfasts. Delicious coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice.
Sufficiently spacious room, balcony, refrigerator, all bathroom accessories.

Хорошее расположение. До набережной 2 минуты пешком. Набережная длинная, около 7 км, хорошо оборудованная, гулять можно в обе стороны. Красиво и днём и вечером. Пляж - мелкая галька, глубина начинается быстро, примерно в 4-м метрах от берега. До ближайшего Мигрос 5 минут пешком. До остановки автобусов 7-10 минут, откуда на автобусах можно доехать до центра города и многих других мест. Персонал очень доброжелательный и отзывчивый. Все улыбаются и стараются помочь. Отдельно большое спасибо работнику ресепшн Адаму. Прекрасно владеет русским языком, очень тактичный, ответил на все вопросы, дал много полезных советов и рекомендаций. Очень понравился завтрак. В начале февраля поразило изобилие зелени (мята, салаты и т.д.) и хороший выбор фруктов.
Слабое освещение в ванной и прихожей, а так же несъемная душевая лейка.
Замечательный отель, русскоговорящий персонал, очень чисто, приветливо, уютный номер, расположение супер, 200м от моря. В номерах неплохая звукоизоляция, спала прекрасно, спасибо отелю.
