много фаст-фуда, чистый бассейн, классные горки, быстро реагировали на просьбы- кроватка, починить душ
трансфер! это просто жесть! я была с двумя детьми 7 и 1,6 года на коляске, иногда по часу ждали трансфер на море, ни о каком расписании и речи нет, оно не работает! пару раз ходили утром пешком на море,ещё норм, а вот в обед один раз не дождались и ушли обратно в отель, тк ребёнку лучше спится в номере маленькому, сгорели, идешь и тени нет. до пляжа 15 минут. мы приехали в основном для моря, а в итоге тратили столько времени на ожидание трансфера, это просто мат один! было бы такси у отеля, дак брали спокойно и ехали.
Отель расположен в уединение, очень приветливый персонал. По питанию и напиткам все было отлично. До пляжа можно дойти за 15 минут.
Не очень хорошо убирали номер, за неделю полы помыли один раз, и не особо качественно.
