ничего, в номере были тараканы
отель два раза взял оплату за проживание. оплатили на сайте островка и при заселении также взяли деньги. При разборке ситуации с островком, отель должен был вернуть деньги, но так и не вернул :(
Близость к аэропорту , удобно при стыковочных рейсах
Завтрак хотелось бы европейский , а не национальный. Но это не претензия к отелю
Персонал отказался сразу предоставить документ об оплате отеля. При этом обещал прислать его на мою электронную почту в течение 1-2 рабочих дней. Прошло уже более 2-х недель, но подтверждающий документ так и не прислали, несмотря на неоднократные напоминания.
