The guys at the from desk Ali and Omar are great, very helpful with everything, and super friendly.
The location of the hotel is very convenient for using local transportation.
Location because I arrived at night with Havaist to Aksaray, breakfast is enough, rooms are clean and the staff is great. Great value for money if you need only a place to shower and sleep
The staff is very friendly and accomodate the guests' requests in every possible way. In addition, a decent breakfast is served. The elevator is a relief. Being a smoker I loved the terrace at the first floor.
the location was perfect for travelling around Istanbul. Its located close to Aksaray tram station and with T1 tram you can reach most of the touristic attractions like Sultanahmet , Grand Bazar, Bosphoros etc. With small kids, we could comeback in the afternoon, take some rest and again explore the city until late night.
We booked Deluxe suit for a family of 4. The Buffet was also good with salad, cheese, bread, eggs etc. We did not cook inside the room as Istanbul offers many street food.
The contact person (Omar) was very helpful in providing some tips. After the check out, he also allowed to keep our luggage and offered coffee and water for free. He was also supportive in booking taxi.
Good hotel, the staff was good, Ali and Omar were so helpful, and good price with good location
