Excellent staff -

Perfect location (near Sirkeci train station and Eminonu pier) and many other places of interest in European part of Istanbul, helpful stuff, yummy breakfast. -

The location is perfect. There's a metro station nearby and a tram stop. You can go to all historical places by foot. In the morning we used to run along the promenade. There're a lot of shops and cafes around the hotel There was a good choice of food. Corn flakes, omelette, waffles, soup, vegetables, a lot of kinds of cheese, a little bit of fruit. The bed was huge. The room was nice but dark. I think that's the designer's decision, but personally I didn't like it. All the furniture was absolutely new. Everything worked perfectly. They gave us shampoo, shower gel, a toothbrush with paste, razor, a shower cap and slippers. It was very clean The staff was very polite. Everyone was ready to help us with everything As for the food - there was only one minus for me - bad coffee. But you can drink good coffee on the 0 floor (where the reception is). As for the room, minuses for me - the floor was very cold, the conditioner was hard to regulate, because the only available language for settings was Turkish.
