Food, cleanliness First thing is first, this is not a five star Hotel. This is played dedicated for people that I just want to eat. Food is plenty and really good. If you want to relax, there is no way. If you prefer to be active participate in events and activities, you will be greatly disappointed. I have never met a worst animation team in my life. The program just doesn't exist. If you ask, they will likely tell you "I don't know, maybe there is no Aqua aerobic today. Or maybe we will do it at eleven o'clock, or 3 o'clock. Maybe... when the actually do something, itis just too much noise and nothing actually is happening. A lot of shouting, very loud music, they disturb everyone around the pools. What makes me sad is the tourists are very eager to participate, but they just can't. I could write much more about the lack of quality and services but I have not the time. To make a long story short, if you just want to get rid of your kids and eat, if you don't mind the noise and the lack of other activaties besides food, the Hotel is fine. Value for money is not good. Please don't expect s five star Hotel because it's not

Perfect hotel, perfect service, great food, great swimming pools. Do not think 3 days like us before we booked even we saw that the hotel got 4,5 stars on TripAdvisor. Just book. The center and boulevard are near by. We had a wonderful time with 2 kids (7 and 4 years). Also very clean. They clean your room/suit everyday perfect. After a few days we didn’t eat at the hotel because every day same taste. Not same food because everyday they change. But you will have this in alle all inclusive hotels

The foods was very bed personal was good Good rooms stale food the food made with frozen meat was not good

Отель на 1й линии, но пляжа нет, раз в час ходит трансфер на пляж. Временами персонал чересчур навязчив. Общее впечатление отеля на 4 звезды
