The staff were incredibly helpful with everything and gave me great advice about where to find what I needed outside
Great stay in a very central location, with easy access to public transport and a breadth of key sites (Taksim, Istiklal, Galata, Galataport promenade). The hotel and rooms are modern, sizeable and well equipped - was particularly appreciated that the shower had good water pressure. Finally, the staff are super friendly - special call out to Burak who checked me in/out and was extremely accommodating. Will gladly stay again when I return to Istanbul!

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were respectful, helpful and very responsive to our needs!! The hotel rooms are very clean, well equipped and cozy. The location is great because you can walk to all the touristy areas and this is also close to galata port and the tower!
