A street behind Istiklal Caddesi and in the middle of a bunch of higher-end night life, so that was great. Sehanur in the wait staff, the overall dining staff, and Erhan bey were great and accomodating. We had an active smoking smell on the 9th floor and when I inquired with the front desk about this I was at one point shouted at. Thie solution for the evening was to change us to another room rather than finding out who the smoker was and telling them to stop. We had a 3 year old fast asleep on the bed so changing rooms was not an option for us and we felt they were inconveniencing us for rather than addressing the problem head-on. They came to air out the floor but that helped 0. We woke up with a deep smoke taste in our mouths. I addressed the unprofessional behavior w the duty manager but I honestly felt like he wasn't taking it very seriously. Overall the energy of the front desk staff, aside from a long-haired intern and a slightly larger, light-brown haired older gentleman, who were great, was quite masculine and intimidating. Some younger, female energy would serve this hotel very well!

That’s right by the soccer stadium There was not much of the choices but what they had was very good Rooms are little small but view was excellent. Bed was real comfortable and cleaning service was excellent. Lady name Hicran did my room service. She was excellent Yes. The hotel was very clean and staff was very helpful and friendly They were more than helpful None
