great staff. thats about it.
firstly the staff at this hotel were fantastic. but my whole experiance was terrible and my trip to istanbul was ruined. firstly i arrived at the hotel. extremely small and was put into a room right next door to reception. every single minute all i could hear was the noise from reception, people talking, and then combined with the noise from the street (which is expected in istanbul) my whole trip i had no privacy, i was being watched everytime i walked into my room and out, i felt like a prisoner in my own room. i was excited about the fact that as a solo traveller i may meet friends and they could come around and go from there but there was no option for this as i felt like i was being watched 24/7. i asked for a early check out and get refunded for the rest of my stay and i was refused. im so annoyed i wasted my trip on this hotel. the room was extremly small to the point where as 65kg man i could NOT fit in the shower without cutting my body against the shower fixtures. brushing my teeth i was also hitting the wall. never again. i am done with "boutique" hotels and am sticking to high rise hotels sich as the ibis or holiday inn. the breakfast was ok. cereal and breads were stale. only decent thing was the fresh fruit, coffee and omlette.
Отель стоит своих денег) очень приятная атмосфера, супер вежливый персонал, почти все хорошо говорят по русски на ресепшене.
Удобное расположение, хорошо работает интернет. Ежедневная уборка, красивые номера.
Завтраки однообразные, но есть доп меню на выбор для заказа
Отличный отель ! Очень уютный ! Близко Истикляль и Галатопорт ! Вежливый и приветливый персонал ! Нам очень понравилось!
Немного огорчила уборка полов в номере.
Отличное, в 5-10 минутах от Истикляль, в 10 минутах от Галатапорта.
Номер просто супер. Очень красивый и комфортный. Есть все необходимое. Матрас довольно мягкий, если для кого-то это принципиально.
Все четко и очень доброжелательно.
Завтрак хотелось бы чуть разнообразнее.
Хорошее местоположение, все необходимо находится в шаговой доступности. При этом место достаточно спокойное, не шумное.
Номер выше всяких похвал, все было превосходно начиная от удобной кровати заканчивая всеми необходимыми принадлежностями в ванной комнате.
