This is my second stay here and I love the place. Everyone is so professional and do their best to make the guests happy. The hotel is super clean. Breakfast buffet is fresh and has good options with coffee machine. Loved their bakery and fresh fruits. Ms Sibel in the reception is true professional and speaks excellent English. The cleaning staff are very nice especially Ms Adina who made sure we had everything we needed. The location for us was good as we’re visiting relatives in the area. There are 2 shopping malls nearby and a busy Bakirkoy square. Beds are comfortable and sea view from room 303 was amazing. The place is quite at night.
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The entire team was incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The service was fast, professional, and exceeded my expectations.
