We staid for 7 nights (tourism). Room is enough big, well equipped, conditioning and devices are sufficient, in a good condition. Comfort lightning (a bit need to get used to the switching system). Linen, towels - all in good quality. We staid on a first floor, small windows directly to the city stairs - but no noise if window is closed, blackout curtains. Good clean room for a very good price.
Cleaning every day, linen change - in a day. Or you can ask for daily change for a small fee. No smell, no dirt on walls or curtains. All nice. First days were wet in a bathroom, but then all OK after we got used to shower area.
Excellent hotel service for suites/apartments business. We are frequent travellers and can professionally compare. Reception - friendly, helpful, nice. No additional fees for small services. Help with transportation (also borrowed us their personal local travel card for cheaper tickets), offered cheaper price for airport transfer (we compared in Internet other offers). Small help, advices - all good and timely.
