Very good location, right in the center of the old town. Castle style rooms with great interior.
If I could give this hotel and the staff an 11 I surely would. Aleyna and Okan were absolutely Exceptional on every level.. The hotel was so immaculate and perfect. I loved everything about it. No complaints or concerns. Thank you all there.
The ambiance, location, the staff-especially Okan ( he was very helpful)
Nice location. An older hotel in the heart of old town with a beautiful view of the plain below Mardin. The front desk was helpful and considerate, and helped me with airport transportation.
The hotel is centrally located. The Staff are fantastic especially the manager and the mother and daughter team that organised the breakfast.
This is a budget hotel by western standards. But I would not hesitate in staying here again.
