What I like most about Hotel Horizon is its cleanliness, friendly staff and attention to detail.
My room was facing the lake and the sunrise was amazing. They have a good restaurant and room service.
Really friendly staff who helped us with everything!
The receptionists Ketra and Juliet for their charming , kindness and Maureen for her excellent cleaning .
Very clean rooms and nice pool. Very friendly staff. Convenient location near the airport and easy to get to Kampala from here. Was welcomed warmly by the team of Jovia, Ketra and Hamza and other staff as well throughout the stay made me feel very welcome and made me wish I could stay longer. Unfortunately it was a quick work trip but will definitely be back and will recommend highly for those coming into Uganda.
