Comfortable room. Location is not bad.
The staff were excellent. Polite and helpful. I wanted to watch a football match, and they helped me so that I could see it on the TV in the room.
Overall, it was a very good stay.
The location is good. Staff are very helpful in Uzbek, Russian and English. The room was very clean and comfortable. Good value for money.
The hotel was near the airport. Airport shuttle service was great. Front desk folks were very friendly.
The staff in particular zafar the owner make you feel at home, he took us to a nice restaurant. He dropped us to the airport and generously offered free drinks. Can’t ask anything more from hospitality perspective.
Our flight left early enough that we didn’t want to try to get to the airport all the way from Khiva. This was a good, comfortable place to stay, 10 min from the airport. Family run, and the young man at the desk was lovely and went above and beyond to help me run a last-minute errand.
