Staff were exceptionally helpful and hospitable. decent location within easy reach of airport with a supermarket and a restaurant opposite. Rooms were clean and spacious.

We arrived there from Bukhara, on our way to Khiva, by train. Best decision ever. This hotel was incredibly relaxing after a long train right. The rooms were spacious, the bed was big and the breakfast was freshly prepared by the cooks. I also have to point out that the staff there was very helpful and friendly. All of the guys working there spoke good Russian! The terminal for card payment didn't work, so we paid cash. This was ok after all, because there were a couple of banks close by. All in all I liked the fact that the hotel is located really well - close to the train station, but also close to the trolleybus station to Khiva. It was incredibly quiet there, so we could relax and the WiFi was also working, which wasn't the case for every hotel we've been to in Uzbekistan.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with a large supermarket nearby, making shopping particularly convenient. Especially, the staff service is particularly good and can give guests perfect travel advice. Thank you so much.

Great location - across the road from the main bazaar and next to the main city park. Delicious breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
