The hosts were most kind, hospitable and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

The staff/family was very helpful and friendly. Room was nice and location was great. In the old city but slightly off the main tourist paths. But near restaurants and grocery stores.

Excellent location: you may walk to everywhere. We could see the Imam Khoja minarette from.our window. Heated room, warm water, clean room. Excellent breakfast. Good wifi. 100%clean soft towels. There was even a hairdryer. Many plugs inside the room. The family that runs this local.guesthouse will go out of their way to get all requested done. Very helpful.We took as well the 3 castle tour through them. Good fast clear communication by mail in English. Rahmat! Some more hooks in the room (on the door/wall, bathroom)could be great to organize easier the room,as it is not very big. Bathroom could use a bit a makeover, but nothing that is really a big issue. I can recommend the place

It's a nice and clean family guesthouse, located in the Khiva historic town, close to the main sightseeing points. Rooms are nicely and traditionally decorated and equipped with all necessary facilities, and their size, despite all the comments I have seen on booking.com, is really okay. The property owners do not speak English very well, but they are very friendly and helpful.
