Nice apartment, clean and neat, has a spacious terrace which is great.
It was a comfortable stay, I'd recommend the hotel to my friends.

I have stayed in a lot of apartments in Kiev, for the price/quality ratio this has so far been the best. The host was welcoming, they accomodated my requests. And it felt like a home away from home. Would definitely reccomend.
