The location is right opposite the Central Park. There was really good communication from the hotel via the Booking platform prior to arrival which I appreciated. There's a water cooler in the hallway.
Very friendly staff. Accommodating. Although I asked for two beds, we were given a room with one. Staff upgraded us for free to a two bed room.
Location is very central. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff is always helpful.
The location is excellent, close to a lot of the tourist attractions. The reception staff, Anastasia and Polina were very friendly and helpful. The room was a very good size and comfortable. The hotel was good value for money even though I didn't have the breakfast.
It was close to the historical and downtown sights I was interested in seeing.
