Ооооочень удобное месторасположение, приветливые администраторы, чисто, как в комнате так и на кухне ) уютно. Прочитав предыдущие отзывы немного удивилась. С трамвайными путями проблем не было ) как и с холодильником \ микроволновкой \ запахом - все было отлично ) с вай-фаем тоже все было ок )
Отменив бронь за 3 недели, администрация отказала в возврате уплаченной мною суммы, пояснив это тем, что у них "свои правила". Хостел Закон Украины "О защите прав потребителей". Хамское отношение к клиенту, вынуждена обращаться с жалобами в ряд инстанций.
