very friendly staff at the reception, I would like to especially mention the tour guide who conducted a wonderful and interesting tour of the stables and the complex
No issues with electricity and heating - we noticed power outages (~10 seconds blackouts), but nothing too serious. The rooms are equipped with radiators and powerful air condition system.

Дуже чисто, ввічливий персонал, хороший сніданок з кавою та келихом ігристого, ну і звичайно- коні! Класно, що є всі необхідні миючі та інші приємні дрібниці для догляду.
Чудова локація з великою територією!
Обов’язково завітаємо ще й в літній сезон.
Дуже привітний та уважний персонал.
Номер люкс просторий та чистий, але деякі меблі вже потребують ремонту чи заміни та бажано б прикрасити стіни номера тематичними фото або картинами як в фойє.
Гарний ресторан та смачні сніданки.
Затишний готель у відмінному комплексі. В номері зручний санвузол, є чайник, холодильник, комфортні ліжка. Привітний персонал.
Сніданки неперевершені! Поживні, різноманітні, вишукані. Розкішна подача.
