As an American who doesn't speak Ukrainian the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good with good coffee and the room I had was very nice.
The hotel is great, but I expected more from the breakfast. Location is aces, right in the middle of downtown.

Great old world feel to this beautiful hotel. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean with a great view over the square where I could watch people enjoying Christmas.
