I wanted a place near the train/bus station, so as not to walk a long way with the suitcase, and this apartment is just ideally located for that. (+First floor - no need to haul the suitcases up a long way, just several steps).
There's a full kitchen with a gas stove.
Accommodations for the power outages are also noteworthy (usb-rechargeable lights, gas stove with matches).
The host met me and explained how to use everything and also gave me valuable advice for my further journey (some info on local marshrutky that I couldn't gather from the internet). He was also very accommodating for my need to check-out earlier.
There are some smaller groceries shops just across the street and a larger one 15 minutes away.
