The staff was super duper friendly and the lady in front showed me how to manage the air conditioning and etc. The room was very clean and so was the bathroom. The bed was very big and comfortable. For the price it was very worth it. One of the best stays I've had considering the price and I travel very often!
Fantastic location. Right above the bus terminal. Very easy to find if you arrive in Kyiv by bus. There's a metro station within walking distance and there are many shops on the ground floor of the bus terminal and outside the terminal. I'm so happy I chose this hotel because it was so easy to find and also very easy to check in. Ideal if you are travelling by bus. It's not in the city centre but this hotel is a great base and you can use the nearby metro station to get around Kyiv.
The staff was friendly, I arrived early in the morning but they let me check in anyway.
It's a convenient location if you're using the central bus station (but make sure it's this station). Getting to the city center can be a bit inconvenient, especially during the current metro maintenance.
Clean and comfortable. Very nice staff, good service. Location is perfect for those travelling from the central bus station. Nice view, big windows, comfortable bed and bathroom.
