Clean, extremely helpful staff who speak very good English, amazing breakfast. Have shelter in case of shelling located in wine basement what I think it’s kind of plus :)

Leopolis is in a quiet corner half a block from the main square. There are restaurants, bars and shops near by. The hotel appears to have been decorated recently, the decor is elegant modern. My room was spacious, very nicely decorated and with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also spacious and kept impeccably clean, as was the entire hotel. Even the hallways and elevator have a pleasant smell. The breakfast buffet was small but had plenty of healthy choices for me. Lastly, the staff was top notch. They seem well trained to deal with foreigners and travelers. I appreciated the open eye-contact and communication that might not be common in this region, but expected in other countries. Avelina, in the front desk, stood out. She was so professional and extremely helpful. The hotel’s driver, I could not understand his name, was also polite and pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazingly attentive, kind, and professional staff who went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The hotel was beautiful, the room perfectly appointed, and the breakfast was delicious. A truly memorable stay, highly recommend.

The staff at the front desk are super nice. I also got a much nicer room than the last time I stayed at Leopolis - bigger, brighter and lot of water to drink which I appreciate.

We liked the location in the old part of Lviv and the fact that the hotel has a shelter. A special thanks to Evelina and Andrij who both welcomed us on arrival; it was our first stay in Ukraine and will not be our last. Evelina recommended a great restaurant (Shalom) and Andrij even walked us to the Money Exchange as we only had Euro. The hotel restaurant served good food and we enjoyed Ukrainian white wine. It was a great stay!
