It felt like being in a real prison! So much realism! This is not your classic typical hotel. Lower your expectations of comfort, get to feel an authentic prison experience! The man at the reception was very nice, talks little but direct to the point! He even let us drop our baggage inside our cell first, let us go do the currency exchange and come back to finish the check-in. The property also has a bird and kitten (birds are total quiet at night, no problem), adds a charm to the place! Get to feel like close-to-reality convincts sleeping here!
Staff was friendly and helpful I stayed out to late one night and the doir was locked but they opened up and let me in and never complained or said anything,
I thought it was 12 they locked the door not 11 my bad 🤦

Більш за все сподобався персонал. Дуже чемні, добрі люди) і молоденький хлопець, і потім чоловік вже дорослий - допомогли з сумками в валізами, питалися чи все добре. Я в захваті від цих людей!
Дуже привітний персонал. Атмосферно. Зручна постіль, гаряча вода.
