Kind and helpful staff, excellent location walkable to lots of places of interest and public transit, nice room
It is located in the city centre, quiet area, absolutely amazing staff, very helpful, friendly and welcoming. I ws amazing how they are able to be so good during the circumstances related to war and still smiling, supporting all guests. Good size rooms and very clean, cosy, and lovely atmosphere. I had everything I needed. Definitely will be back and highly recommend to everyone who will visit this city. Thank you very much for your kindness. Bless you.
