The location of these studio apartments is very good, just a short walk from City Gardens, and in normal circumstances, not far from Potemkin Stairs. There's a good cafe, The Bagel, just up the road that does breakfast and cappuccino - they have a generator too, so light and wifi when the city is having problems due to Russian missile strikes.
The studios are in an old building, quite characterful, but the actual apartment is modern and has been newly renovated to a surprisingly high standard. and shower - with tank of hot water (again good when Russian attacks interrupt supply), and a basic but comfortable bed. Good wifi when power on. And, importantly, it was toasty and WARM
This is good value-for-money base.
Зупинялись не вперше. Подобається зручне розташування, поряд зупинка, магазини, банки, Дерибасівська в піший доступності, комфортні апартаменти, чудова власниця.
Прекрасный ремонт, открытый балкон, кондиционер это отдельная отрада была, что над зеркалом есть рабочая лампа, заметили выключатель в последний день но все равно очень порадовало, свежие полотенца, постель, холодильник прекрасно морозит, все моющие имеются, новая чистая губка для мытья посуды (лично мне как любителя чистоты не хватало ещё обычной тряпочки, чтобы вытереть крошки со столешницы, но это уже индивидуально, думаю губка тоже справилась бы с этим)
Дуже гарний ремонт, усе продумано до мелочей в тому числі і побутових, гарні нові меблі. Номер маленький, але в ньому є абсолютно усе, в т.ч і кухня, і санвузол з повною комплектацією
Хороший отель. Просторный номер с высоченным потолком. Замечательное расположение, есть возможность припарковать машину возле отеля, а также платная стоянка.
Приветливая персонал. Администратор любезно ответила на все вопросы при заселении и помогла при корректировке даты бронирования.
