Чисто, охайно, все потрібне є.
Зручне ліжко, телевізор, праска, фен, чайник, плита з посудом, мікрохвильова піч.
Пральна машина, кондиціонер, велика ванна(рушники, постільна білизна видається).
В 10 хв ходьби є супермаркет Класс, аптеки, паркінг.
Навпроти будинку є продуктовий супермаркет Баскет, відділення нової пошти.
