the location is right in Central Kyiv, you cannot do better. My room had a balcony overlooking the street and it was huge with huge ceilings + a kitchenette. It was very clean as well.
It was very handy to have fridge, a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast nook with table and chairs, plenty of space for my baggage and clothing. The bathroom was swell, especially if you like giant tubs with various options
Brand new facilites, very clean and cozy. The staff is very friendly, supermarkets and restaurants in the surroundings. The rooms are on the third floor without elevator, so be ready for some physical exercise. Definitely recommended.

Fantastic location – very central, and there are metro stations nearby, too. Very spacious, good shower and wi-fi. The owner sent perfect instructions for finding the place. The room had everything that I needed.
