Very pleasant staff, we had a great time staying there. Reception was always incredibly helpful, rooms were fairly quiet. All of our requests were honored. Receptionists were comfortable in English, but, unfortunately not all of them were willing to speak Ukrainian, despite all clearly knowing it. For my future trips I hope that it will change, as foreigners or Ukrainians shouldn't be expected to know russian when they come to a hotel in Ukraine.
Tall ceilings, spacious room. Clean nice receptionist.
Excellent hotel in a place where there are not many nice places to stay. It is unpretentious, exactly as it looks on the photos and easy walking to most places in the centre.

Очень приятная девушка на ресепшене, дождалась нас до ночи, встретила, с утра накормили, все супер. Своя закрытая парковка. Номер брали на троих. Холодильник, чайник, вода, кондиционер - все в номере есть. Все чисто, хорошо. Будем проездом, обязательно вернёмся
