Nice staff, clean and modern even though it was a war zone
Elegant, clean, nice place in the center of Odesa, perfect location for sightseeing in the city. Hotel staff very helpful, with good command of English.
The hotel & room is a very beautiful property that looks like it had been recently renovated within the last couple of years. Room was a very good and comfortable size 9 - much larger than you encounter in most European hotels. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Impressive design, comfortable big room, generator. Very clean
Very nice hotel in the center, staff friendly, nice and helpful. Room was large and very nice but in 5th floor (no elevator). Hot and cold water at any time, breakfast sufficient, but served by delivery service (not always ontime). Location is very good, shops are close, also sightseeing Hotspots!
