I had a great stay at Casa Mutante - the staff were very friendly and helpful, facilities are clean, the kitchen facilities are good with a kettle and microwave, the dorm bed and pillow was very comfortable and the dorm room was large, the room wasn't too cold, the common area was comfortable and well heated, there was hot water in the showers.

Really nice vibe, Lucas at the front desk was so nice. He actually upgraded us to a private form which was super sweet. Also you can pay bay card with no fee.

This hostel is cool - staff were friendly and helpful, the air conditioning in the room was great, and necessary as I visited during a heatwave. I loved the aesthetic of the place - exposed brick walls etc. Nice lounge area and table and chairs on balconies overlooking the street. Excellent location and great value in one of South America's most expensive cities.
