I was honestly surprised but very happy and will be back on my annual trips here. Bit disappointed with air con in rooms with a simple switch on or off though. Staff were lovely, thanks to all.
Staff were friendly and showed very good hospitality
We enjoyed watching the flying foxes arrive just before sunset from our balcony. The Mercure Nadi has a real resort feel which is nice. At the end of our stay when we had a late night flight they held our bags securely all day at no charge.
Beautiful and quiet facility. View from the third floor is gorgeous. Breakfast is amazing and includes a selection of items to fit all diets and nationalities. The spa is outstanding and offers a larger menu of treatments than I expected. Prices are very reasonable. Front desk staff truly care about the guests and try hard to accommodate our mobility needs.
Location was good easy to get to excursion pick up drop off break fast was excellent
