I'm glad I booked here despite the negative reviews. The place was clean and as advertised. It was well located and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Nothing wrong with my stay at all. Great to have air con in the room and a place to sit outside the room.

It’s clean, the staff is nice and it’s quiet and chill.

Breakfast was as per my expectations, accommodation was clean tidy and spacious. The staff were excellent, the manager was very efficient, professional and she made sure , I had all the necessary amenities and was very polite , efficient and trustworthy. She stole my heart, she was so helpful, humble and hardworking. She is the soul and heart of Nadi Fancy Hotel. She looks after her staff well and is always trying her best to ensure guests feel worthy of their stay , by handling guest issues and concerns. So hats off the manager and her reliable staff, she stole my heart.

The staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean. It's hard to find accommodation in Fiji for that value.
