The location. It’s a short walk to everything. Shops, restaurants, bus station.
Clean, comfortable, great facilities, the finishing on the building is really great (which can't be said of all condo in Cebu), making it a really pleasant place to stay, and great value for the price.
the property was so nice and clean ! the location great too every near by a shopping mall. the owners are really nice too !
I liked how the condo is so close to everything including Ayala Central Bloc Mall.
The property is nicely decorated but is an odd layout with the bed pushed up against the window - it would’ve been more comfortable to swap with the sofa.
