Clean and cosy small studio with two large beds, a kitchenette and a bathroom. The studio is clean and pretty centrally located at waking distance to Cebu city center and sights (you can either walk or take a jeepney there). The kitchen is very good with all utensils you need, fridge, water boiler. The swimming pool on level 6 is nice but always shaded, which is not so great. The other swimming pool from the other building has sun during the day, lounges where to sit in the shade, and nice guardians to whom you have to pay 200 pesos per day for access to the pool. The suit has a cemetery view. Smooth check like in the indications sent on booking - guards are very used with people renting in the building.

location is close to all major shops which is so convenient
I like the cleanliness and completeness from cooking materials to ironing appliance.
My family loved the place. It was comfortable and cozy. And the pool is a bonus! The host is very kind and responsive.
