The view was perfect in the morning and it's convenient for everything..

I looove the view! The room was spacious for 3 people, the appliance are working, the host was welcoming, the neighborhood is quiet and just one ride from SM Mall.

Bobby and Sonia are wonderful hosts. They took us out one night to see the local boardwalk next to the water and eat barbecue. They even dropped us off at the bus station when it was time to go home. They also we're flexible with the check in and check out times. The location has one of the best views of the Mayon volcano!

The best part about this place is you can see Mt. Mayon from your room. The unit is located on the rooftop and the place is all yours. The bed is big that all 3 of us were able to fit in and it's very comfortable. I really had a good sleep. There's also an extra bed underneath the bed. The air conditioning is brand new. The comfort room has a shower and bathtub with hot/cold water. Fully equipped kitchenette. The host Ma'am Sonia and her husband are very nice to talk with. Very accommodating. I highly recommend this place to anyone who would like to visit Legazpi. Also, close to SM and Ayala and the place is quiet.
