We were going to watch the concert in Philippine Arena, we didn't want the trouble for parking and leaving so we checked in here. It is very convenient. You can ride tricycle from here to the arena. They have an honesty store inside, so you can buy snack and drink, no need to go out. And they provide water refill also.
The place has a wide area of space for parking. The rooms are clean and fragrant. The shower is hot and cold. You have keys going in and out of the Apartelle which makes it safe for the guests. However, if you're a big family or even so, there is no kitchen for cooking. Nonetheless, there is an honesty store inside which has a variety of snacks, noodles, canned drinks, bottled water and coffee. There's a hot and cold water dispenser. You may also opt for grab food delivery. Overall, we had a great stay for 2 nights, very near the Arena which is a good deal when you go to a concert! The owners are really nice. They answer queries asap. I recommend it for business and leisure stays. We will be back again, once there's a good concert to watch.
The host was very accommodating and always checks up on the guests. He was very knowledgeable about the different places we wanted to go to and gave us directions.
Close to the Philippine Arena, it is a 12min drive. The place is clean. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Near restaurants.
