My partner and I loved staying near by MOA.
The location is very convenient for us. Food,bank and convenient store close by. And beside this is the 3rd time we stayed in the same place. So nice and cozy. I liked the vibes and it’s clean. And the host is very friendly.
The property is very near MOA.. The unit we booked was larger than we expected.. The staff were accomodating.. we requested for the futon bed and it was immediately delivered.. Will definitely book this place again
+ this is now my 3rd time to stay in their property so i trust that they can provide the consistent services and amenities that i expect
+ when we arrived, they were already waiting for us in the lobby to get in so i liked this
+ we had a convention in SMX, MOA area so the property has the best location, you can actually just walk to MOA if on comfortable shoes/sandals
+ definitely value for money, you wouldn't find this kind of price on a hotel in the same location
+ there's so many food options in the 1st floor around the building, you can also buy groceries in the convenience store and cook food in the property
+ we requested for an iron/plantsa and extra towel - they willingly provided for them
+ we requested for late check out and we were able to store our luggages in the room until 2pm
+ i noticed wifi was pretty much good now compared to the last time i was there last year so this was really good improvement
+ they have hair dryer
Staff made sure everything is working specially tv and netflix before leaving, and we were orriented about things we need to know. Theres towel ❤️ no cocroach 😁 and its in front of MOA building so its a city view ❤️
